Papers sent to our journal will be initially evaluated by the editorial board in open peer-review system in order to establish weather they respect the editorial requests. If the papers are conform, they will be sent for a double blind evaluation to members of the academic comunity from Romania or abroad, depending on the subject. The referees will form an opinion related to the originality of the paper, to the scientific approach, bibliography and language, completing the attached review form. The referees will choose a recomandation listed in the form: the rejection of the article, the acceptance of the article with certain corrections or the acceptance of the article in the form subjected by the author.

The final decision belongs to the editorial board, taking into consideration the referees’ point of view. Recomandations towards the authors will be sent by the editorial board.
